These documents provide clarity and help maintain a professional, safe, and respectful work environment. Do you have questions about a specific document? Don’t hesitate to contact HR or your manager.
Work regulations
The work regulations contain the official agreements between Circet and its employees.
They include practical information about working hours, leave, compensation, workplace behavior, safety rules, and more. They form the foundation for a transparent and fair collaboration.
We recommend reading this document carefully and referring back to it regularly if you have questions about rights and responsibilities in the workplace.
ICT Policy
Our ICT Policy describes how we handle digital resources at Circet in a safe, responsible, and efficient way. It includes guidelines on the use of email, internet, company devices, passwords, and data security.
By following this policy, we not only protect our systems and data but also the privacy of our colleagues and customers. Please read this document carefully and follow the guidelines in your daily use of ICT resources.
Phone Policy
The Phone Policy contains guidelines for the use of company mobile phones and telephone costs at Circet. It explains what you can expect when receiving a device or subscription, how to use the device correctly, and what agreements apply regarding private use, roaming, and replacement in case of loss or damage.
This policy ensures transparency and responsible use of mobile communication tools within the company.
Fleet Policy
The Fleet Policy contains all agreements regarding the use of company vehicles at Circet. It provides information on the allocation and use of vehicles, fuel cards, maintenance, damage procedures, and driver responsibilities.
These guidelines ensure the safe and proper use of the vehicle fleet. Every driver is expected to follow the rules and handle the vehicle provided with care.
DKV
In our organization, we offer two important types of insurance: hospitalization insurance and group insurance (communicated via email).
The hospitalization insurance provides peace of mind to our employees and their families by covering the costs of hospital stays and medical procedures.
